Conference Registration:

The registration fee is $500 plus $50 per guest.  

Note: Limited sponsorship for registration are available upon request, via email to Shengli.Fu@unt.edu .

TRAVEL: The most convenient airport for our meeting is the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport.

ACCOMMODATIONS: A block of rooms has been secured at the Hotel Indigo Panama City Marina at a discounted rate. You can make your reservations:

*Please note: IHG is updating its booking system, and currently only Standard Bayview rooms ($149/night) are available. The Standard Non-Bayview ($139/night) will be available soon, and if you would like to update your room type when this room type becomes available, that is possible by contacting the reservations department.

Upon check-in, there is a $150 authorization that will be placed on the guest's credit card for incidentals.
