The Council of Chinese American Deans and Presidents (CCADP) is an independent, nonprofit, and nonpartisan professional organization. Our mission is to support excellence in higher education leadership by fostering professional collaboration, advancing career development, and strengthening leadership and management skills.

 

While CCAPD provides a strong community of support for Chinese American leaders, our programs and activities are open to all higher education professionals who share our commitment to innovation, collaboration, and student success.

I am honored to serve as the President of CCADP this year. Together, we continue to advance our mission of empowering Chinese American leaders while fostering collaboration, career
development, and leadership excellence in higher education administration.


CCADP has a proud legacy of building a strong professional network that connects, inspires, and empowers its members. Building on this foundation, my vision for the year focuses on three key priorities:

What is CCADP?

CCADP is an independent, nonprofit, nonpartisan, professional organization. Our mission is to foster professional collaboration, support career development, and strengthen leadership and management skills in higher education. CCADP provides a community of support for Chinese American leaders while welcoming engagement from all higher education professionals. CCADP is registered in the State of Florida, USA, and its members abide by all applicable laws… including those relating to confidentiality, national interest, and compliance requirements.”

Who is the Council of Chinese American Deans and Presidents (CCADP)?

CCADP members are higher education administrators who serve, or have served, in leadership positions equivalent to assistant dean or higher. Many members are of Chinese American heritage. Together, members contribute to a professional community for networking, mentoring, and leadership development.

What are the membership requirements?

Individuals are eligible for membership nomination if they hold/ held a position or the equivalent of the assistant dean or higher at an accredited institution of higher education in the United States. Nominations must be submitted by a current member and reviewed by the Board. Members are also required to accept and follow bylaws, pay annual dues, and participate in/support activities.

How much does the membership cost?

The membership fee is $100 for one year. However, people can pay $200 to receive a three-year membership. You can enroll as a member here.
